A new multifunction assistant for your kitchen!
Irinox is celebrating its 20th birthday, but it is the customers and partners who over the years have contributed to the success of the brand who are getting the best present. Our comittment to innovation plus on-going feedback from our customers enable us today to launch our long-awaited new blast chilling and shock freezing system: MULTIFRESH®.
Irinox has brought together in the one product multiple functions that not only allow the user to manage chilling and freezing processes but also to control proofing and thawing of foods. Another major advance is the “dynamic mode” function, which provides product-specific cycles for numerous food groups (e.g. meat, fish, vegetables, pasta, as well as pies, croissants, pastry dough, mousses and crèmes). We have carefully studied the right temperature, air speed, ventilation, moisture and optimum chilling and freezing times for each food type.
Multifresh® is a real help, accompanying the professional in their daily work, offering fast, simple solutions to the in-between steps of the routine production process. Our aim is to preserve the original freshness of the food and this is why even the air distribution process has been completely reviewed and adjusted so that it delicatly extracts heat from the product without ever damaging its structure. We have added a large number of innovative and patented features, such as our new Multisensor®, equipped with multiple food temperature sensing points, our MultiRack® tray rack that is suited to any environment (pastry, catering etc…) and can be adjusted for length and width to fit the number of trays you’re using, and Sanigen®, the active ion sanitizing system which uses airflow to reach the most inaccessible, hard to clean areas making dirt “inactive”. With its broader range of sizes and capacities, Multifresh® is suited to all working environments and production processes.
Multi Fresh® has been designed and built to significantly reduce running costs with savings of up to 30% in power consumption as compared to previous models.

Irinox MultiFresh receives the 2010 Kitchen Innovations Award
Irinox USA is announcing that the new MultiFresh® line has received a prestigious 2010 Kitchen Innovations ™ Award, which recognizes the most groundbreaking equipment on the global foodservice market as selected by an independent panel of expert judges. The MultiFresh® will be showcased in the interactive Kitchen Innovations Pavilion demonstration area at the 2010 National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show at Chicago’s McCormick Place, May 22-25.
The MultiFresh® redefines the definition of “Fresh” for the Food Service Operators, all while bringing assistance in reducing their biggest cost drivers of labor & raw material cost, and enhancing their Food Safety and HAACP initiatives.
Finally, it revolutionizes the entire product category of Blast Chillers & Shock Freezers by introducing the following capabilities: Sanigen® sanitation system, icon controls for savory and bakery pastry and the ability to convert into a thawing or leavening cabinet by merely a push of a button.

2009 Kitchen Innovation Award
National Restaurant Association has awarded Irinox USA the prestigious 2009 Kitchen Innovation Award for its innovative, multifunctional, flexible and energy efficient CP Multi Function Holding Cabinet. The new unit will be showcased at the 2009 National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show® – Kitchen Innovations Pavilion – at Chicago’s McCormick Place, May 16-19, 2009.
