MultiFresh EF Series reach-in blast chillers / shock freezers feature (4) cycles in standard mode: delicate chilling to + 37 F, strong chilling to + 37 F, delicate freezing to 0 F and strong freezing to 0 F. Indirect air distribution and optimized airflow pattern are designed to achieve highest cooling efficiency and perfect uniformity of temperature distribution throughout the cabinet. Units are equipped with a product core temperature probe with “easy-out” feature. Specially developed “delta-t” control assures superior product moisture preservation. SANIGEN sanitation system and data port for data transfer to HACCP software are available on select models. Units feature easy access to washable evaporators, waterproof fans and include removable magnetic condenser filter.
MultiFresh MF Series reach-in and roll-in blast chillers / shock freezers feature widest selection of control paths and operating cycles: standard mode for chilling or freezing (total of 4 cycles), dynamic icon-driven mode for chilling or freezing (total of 39 cycles) and personalized modes for chilling or freezing (up to 20 custom replicable cycles). Innovative technology of heat extraction allows immediate chilling directly from the oven and delicate freezing to prevent hot food surface freeze damage. The MultiFresh units are equipped with multi-sensor core probe with (5) measuring points for precise product temperature reading; (2) extra core probes can be added for multi-product application. Thawing and proofing are now standard for reach-in models; SANIGEN sanitation system is available for all models. The MultiFresh chillers/freezers feature a USB port for data transfer to HACCP data collection software, internal software upgrades and individual programs uploads.
The IRINOX modular cold storage system is designed to guarantee effective preservation of food freshness, organic qualities and nutritional values. With a capacity of up to (40) 18” x 25” full size baking sheet pans, CP MULTI cabinet can be programmed for cooling, freezing or chocolate holding. For specialty or chocolate holding, IRINOX has developed a unique humidity management system that permits selecting any of the six (6) different humidity levels from 40% to 95% that would suite better the operator’s product-specific needs.
CP MULTI incorporates a highly reliable multi-compressor Preservation System that assures consistent uniform distribution of temperature and humidity throughout the cabinet even with heavy product loads.
CP MULTI is standard with air-cooled, self-contained condenser and available with remote condensing unit.
